Digital tool to manage equipment
Context: daily technical planning and information is a very important part of the business. By knowing the capabilities, planning maintenance and repair work, the company can better adapt to business needs and respond accordingly to changing situations. The Fleet Management Software system that is used at the moment has limited capabilities, does not predict maintenance nor detect faults, no fuel usage report is available as well.
Possible solution: the system which could target on planning of equipment orders, reservations, downtime for repairs and etc. A digital tool is needed to monitor the repair and maintenance process of the fleet. The system should also include monitoring of repairs, failures of parts that could be tracked by code. Additionally, system could also plan human resources, accounting and deliver reports.
