Universal design (accessibility)
Context: the current infrastructure, both for postal services (post offices, self-service terminals, electronic parcel system) and for train travel (stations, station access, boarding / disembarking, travel announcements), is not fully and easily accessible to all travelers.
Possible solution: technological, digital solutions could be adapted to the existing infrastructure so the people with individual needs could fully access the services. For example, to provide visual / audio information on arriving or delayed trains, to enable disabled people travel spontaneously without having to book assistance 24 hours in advance, to give full access to all postal services.
